Seasonal Rates

Winter Dec. 15 – March 31 $225

Spring April 1 – May 14 $205

Summer May 15 – Sept. 30 $225

Fall Oct. 1 – Dec. 14 $205

Rates are for 1 – 4 guests/additional guests will be charged $30 per person per night

Check-in 3:00 pm – Check-out 10:00 am

Minimum 3 night stay required

Rental Policy

A $250 refundable security deposit and signed Rental Agreement to be received within 2 weeks of initial booking to hold dates.

An advance payment of 50% of total rental fee, PLUS 10% tax due 60 days prior to arrival.

Balance of rental fee due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

A sixty (60) day notice is required for all cancellations.

Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty, the $250 security deposit minus a $50 handling charge will be refunded along with any rental fees. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment.

No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
